Lead Trainer, Mentor and Coach: Kick-started the Colorado Network Provisioning Program by relocating to Thornton to train the new, 6 member, Service Delivery team; as well as Vendor Delivery Management personnel.

·   Train, mentor and support team with new peering turn-ups, LACP bundles, augments, hotcuts, and peer migrations.

·   Project managing over 50 orders ranging from new peer turnups, PX (Public Exchange) turnups, data circuit installs, voice services for corporate offices and data centers, toll free numbers for call centers, Google Fiber huts, patch panel audits and dark fiber cross connects.

·   IP out-of-band Project: Member of team responsible for deploying a network management service used to manage and monitor Google's network equipment in all 205 active POPs.  

·   Monitor COM (Carrier Order Management) ticket queue, take ownership of or distribute tickets to team.

·   Network Capacity: Order and track delivery of new patch panels, peering routers and jumper cables at various Metro POPs.  Ensure inventory, vendor portals, site diagrams and structured fiber documents are updated appropriately.

·   Work with internal teams to facilitate the installation of voice and data circuits for new corporate offices before FDOB (first day of buisness).
